GOSCAM is one of the IP camera manufacturers that can provide completed solution of ID and mechanical design, software and hardware development, APP development and video monitoring management platform. The series of IP camera supports three main stream solution platforms, including Ambarella, HiSilicon, and Goke. The company has developed the equipment terminals that are suitable for family and enterprise, such as compact camera, pan-tilt camera, outdoor camera and so on. Also, it has independently developed the Ulife, a video monitoring management platform. Our clients include international and domestic well-known enterprises, such as China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom, Haier Group, Lenovo Group, Changhong, Lifesmart, Acrosoft, iLUV, iVideon and so on.
The R&D department sets up a R&D lab and a graphics lab and the factory establishes a reliability lab and an user experience test lab. The two labs can conduct various tests and performance detection, including material RoHS test, drop test, waterproof test, salt spray test, button life test, constant temperature and humidity test, transportation vibration test, long-periodic aging and so on.
The company owns the whole-process manufacturing ability, with 20 production lines which cover SMT, plug-in, assembling, test and packaging; The maximum monthly production capacity is 300 thousand PCS. We own the advanced automatic production and testing system, including SMT automatic pick, component forming, automatic refined welding, automatic dispenser, automatic ultrasonic laminating, PCBA automatic visual inspection, ICT test, lens automatic focusing and IPC automatic product testing tool.
